Balanced Scorecard & Strategy Maps provides a structured approach for translating strategy into a coherent system of objectives, measures and initiatives. The programme helps participants move beyond isolated performance indicators by showing how financial, customer, internal-process and organisational-capability perspectives can be connected to strategic outcomes.

Participants learn to construct strategy maps, define meaningful strategic objectives, select balanced performance measures and establish governance for performance review. The emphasis is on using the Balanced Scorecard as a strategy-management system rather than simply as a reporting dashboard.

Facilitated review is used to test whether objectives, measures and initiatives genuinely reflect organisational strategy rather than producing a collection of disconnected indicators.

Assessment

Assessment is based on practical scorecard-development exercises and a final integrated strategy-map task. Participants are expected to demonstrate strategic alignment, logical cause-and-effect relationships and appropriate selection of measures and targets.
